You are made scape-goat

You are attacked
If you oblige politicians
You are used
If you don’t
You are transferred
If you are corrupt
You grow and become rich
If you don’t
You hardly meet your ends
What a pathetic situation is
The state of our IAS and IPS officers
Work and no-work ends in pain
God knows the part of gain
